Next meeting

The next meeting of West Dorset Humanists will be held on Wednesday 27th February at 7.30om at The Wessex Royale Hotel, 32 High West Street, Dorchester.  Amy Waldon will talk on Humanist Chaplains in Prison. Amy will look at the inequalities faced by non-religious prisoners and how the British Humanist Association and HM Prison Service are seeking to address them through a pilot involving pastoral care at HMP Winchester. The talk is free with a suggested donation of £2.

The next meeting of West Dorset Humanists will be held on Thursday 24th January at 7.30 pm at the Wessex Royale Hotel, High West Street, Dorchester. David Croman will lead a lively, informative and illustrated talk on 'Charles Darwin - his life, ideas and influence. David is a local author, psychologist and wildlife photographer so it promises to be a fascinating evening. The talk is free but donations of £2 are welcome.
